COVID-19 Update

IMPORTANT UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING THE COVID PANDEMIC

The safety and health of our customers and our staff is our NUMBER ONE priority during these difficult times. With that in mind, we have finetuned an Individualized Remote Storm Damage Inspection & Consultation process where our customers can get everything that our normal insurance recovery assessment entails without coming in contact with anyone outside their own nuclear family. The process is as follows:

  • Our representative will call you when they arrive at your residence for the inspection (please stand by for approximately 15 minutes while we perform the storm damage inspection)
  • Once the inspection is complete, our representative will return to their vehicle to compose your Individualized Remote Storm Damage Report (this should only take a few minutes)
  • When our representative has completed the assessment, they will give you a call to make sure they have your correct email address
  • Please check your email for the link for the video conference invite using Zoom technology
  • Once you have successfully downloaded the video conference, our representative will share their screen with you
  • Our storm damage specialist will go over their findings in addition to next steps in getting your insurance restoration project underway.
